Shipping insurance
Laboratorio Musicale provides the opportunity to receive materials purchased with shipping insurance for an additional fee of 10.00 Euro exposed on the price, for all those products instead of falling in the promotion known as "Free Shipping" for the extra insurance is mandatory and will be shown in detail at time of order. This option will allow the customer to receive (if available) a new shipment, net of shipping costs incurred by Laboratorio Musicale if provided, or the refund net of shipping costs incurred by Laboratorio Musicale where required if the shipment received is damaged or not reach its destination. If in the order preferred shipment was not insured, Laboratorio Musicale will not assume any responsibility for the delivery delay and / or loss of the package sent. The packages containing the goods ordered by the customer, are packaged by Laboratorio Musicale in cardboard boxes sealed on all sides of the box and are entrusted to the courier for delivery, we strongly recommend the gentlemen you if the package for visible damage and / or tampering not to accept the delivery, returning everything to the courier who will return to the pack. Goods receipt
- Check the integrity of the pack.

In the event that the goods are to be returned by the Customer to Laboratorio Musicale for defective and / or malfunction of the product, they must request via email to info@laboratoriomusicale.net permission to return the product and then arrange for shipment of the product to the expense to our address. Products must be returned in original packaging, including manuals and any accessories that may be present in the package received. The expenses related to the shipment of the product shall be borne by Customer.
